Kind of quick post ? But um... so anywaysss how was your third day at school ? MINE WAS BORING. But um that's the norm. We had a little science homework, but I finished it all. Obviously I'm going to be getting more and more and more and MORE homework, so I'll have to enjoy my time while I still can. But um... no big news today. Gossip girl on Monday. Um... iTunes and Safari changed ? LOLOL not everyone has a Mac so that doesn't really apply to anyone.... but ummmmmm.... Huh. Nothing much. Anyways. QUESTION OF THE DAY: YOUR QUESTION OF THE DAY INVOLVES HEALTH o.O. LOL. You know the food and nutrition pyramid, made by the Government of Ontario ???? WELL. I find it REALLY hard to follow -.-". I mean, you need all of these different servings, ALL IN ONE DAY. AND I learned that you need 8 cups of water, you also was to have milk and juice, AND you have to poo 3 times a day, and pee a lot. O.O. SERIOUSLY. ANNNDDD You have school. ANDDDD YOU NEED EXERCISE. I mean this iss justttt alll toooooo much. AND I'm not actually sure what they refer to when they say 30 minutes of exercise, cause I don't know if they mean just light walking, some dancing, ORRRR if they mean like playing INTENSE sports and LIFTING WEIGHTS AND RUNNING A MILLION MILES. ... but I get a lot of walking. Don't play many sports. Badminton is good. I rollerblade and bike... Yep. BUT YOU GUYS. How much exercise and healthy foods do you intake everyday ? Do you find it hard to abide by their rules ? Anyways, if you guys didn't answer yesterday's question, it's fine, just answer it whenever you like. I don't really mind cause no one reads this. Just like to type LOLOLOL.
